Electric Commuter Bike- What that could possibly be?
Sounds weird right? As of late, although, the electric
commuter bike is commonly noticed in
densely populated urban regions, like Boston or New York, but what exactly are
electric commuter bikes and why you should know about them? Therefore, my
friends lay an interesting story.
In big cities,
getting from one place to another is a major trouble. In New York, for example,
there is a good reason most residents don’t have cars or rarely utilize the
cars they do have. Driving in New York is not as inexpensive and mot nearly as
effective as taking the bus or the subway. Some people, although live many
blocks away from the nearest subway or the nearest effective subway connection
to wherever they are going.
The solution to this issue ? Why, the mid drive electric mountain bike, obviously, offering ultra
effective urban travel. When paired with public transit, the folding bikes
can’t be beat. Commuters ride their bikes to the subway station or bus stop,
and then quickly, quietly fold the bikes, taking them conveniently onto the
vehicle. Then when they get off, the bikes quickly unfold and off to work.
Commuters can ride regular bicycles. Regular bicycles would
surely get the job done, but aren’t they generally heavy and clumsy? Wouldn’t
that make it hard to carry them into buses or down those crowded subway stairs.
What if the commute on the bike is longer or the day is hot or even if there
are mountains? What if you are in LA? Arriving at work or an appointment
disheveled, doesn’t make sense. Sweaty is never perfect for work.
Electric commuter bikes not only add power to the pedal and
hence the sweat doesn’t run that easily, but most are made of aluminum and are
comparatively light in weight. Moreover, they have speed up to 20 miles an hour
and come in an assortment of styles.
